Is the cashier the only person that works there? I've been there several times and the busy cashier is the only person I can find so I end up leaving and ordering what I want off Amazon

Been here 2 times in the past 2 weeks to purchase a handgun. Both times i spent over an hour in the store waiting for someone to assist me in the hunting department. The first trip i did not seek assistance but just walked around and continuously kept checking back at the counter in the hunting department for a sales person but every time i checked there was no one there to assist me. The second trip i made i went immediately back to the hunting department and of course once again there was no sales person. I then went to the front checkout and asked for assistance in the hunting department. The woman called for assistance right away. I was expecting to get someone who actually knew something about the guns they are selling but instead i was assisted by an elderly woman who knew nothing what so ever about guns and was only able to let me see them. She then told me the sales person in charge of that department was unloading a truck and would be able to assist me in 15 to 20 minutes. I said that was fine and i would shop around for a while. For the next hour and 20 minutes i continously kept checking back at the sales counter in the hunting department and no one was ever there to assist customers and i was not the only one waiting for assistance. Needless to say i still was not able to make my purchase nor will i buy from them now. I will drive out of my way and go to a store where customer service is available. Way to go and lose business Dunhams guess you just dont care about your customers!!!
